Systematic observation is a direct method and it allows for the simultaneous generation of information on both the physical environment and social environment. As a direct method, it can provide objective information that has strong internal validity (i.e. “What You See Is What You Get”). This app provides 3 tools namely the System for Observing Children’s Activity and Relationships during Play (SOCARP), the skill trials tool and the System of Observing Fitness and Instruction Time (SOFIT). These tools can be used during physical education, exercises classes, sport practices and many more. Only compatible with iPad.
